"Relational Integrity" Course / How to "raise the bar" in our intimate relationships

Relational Integrity is a course on intimacy to "raise the bar" in how you relate. Who we are: I am Juliette Anglehart Zedda, I am a psychosomatic therapist an have been in relationship with Antonio for 23 years. I am Steve Caram, I am a Developmental Coach and have also been in relationship with Tanya for 23 years. We do this work because we both learnt so much personally and about relating and we would like to assist you with avoiding some of the pitfalls and enjoying even more the benefits of being in a long-term relationship. Who YOU are: -Ready to experience more intentionally in your daily life -You might be new to all of this or you might be very aware of how your relate -You might be doing ok or you might be on the brink of breaking -You might be single, in a relationship, straight, gay, polyamorous or monogamous, sexually active or not... -You might have had excellent parenting models or not What to expect: -7 weeks of interactive training including theoretical knowledge, experiential exercises and interactive activities -30 minutes to 1 hour of commitment with a friend, lover, mate, partner or spouse -Insurance coverage for counselling sessions -3 guidance sessions with Steve Caram and Juliette Anglehart Zedda -A level of depth that fits your abilities and needs every week (You can dive deeply or can keep it light and playful, both are necessary and valuable!) What you will gain: -An ability to cultivate self-awareness psycho-somatically (in your body/mind) -Capacity to feel compassion and understanding in relationship -The ability to make choices and changes in how you think, feel and act -An overall solid foundation and "blue print" for relating You can start the process whenever and wherever you want!
