November 18-19th We encourage you to deepen more your understanding of relational integrity with experiential and theoretical approaches to help you understand yourself and others better. Deepen the trust, and the intimacy that is available in all exchanges with others. We explore the richness of breath work on our own or shared with a partner. We make use of the multi-dimensionality of Internal family system (IFS), we make use of Right Use of Power (RUP) and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) to understand and mediate through conflicts, amendment, and repairing. We take a look at archetypes and the nervous system with the Somatic Experiencing (SE) lens. Saturday evening 7-9PM Sunday 10-4PM
